I founded Lazzari Art House in 2022, after years of working with art and spending much of my life surrounded by paintings, artists and collectors.
After dedicating years to raising my children, I found myself drawn back to the part of my life I had always loved most: a lifelong love of art, beauty and the stories they hold. I wanted to create something that reflected the way I believe art should be discovered, with curiosity, instinct and a sense of joy.
I have always loved the feeling of finding a painting that stops you in your tracks. Not necessarily because of it's exquisite provenance or financial value, but because something about it speaks to you. The colours, the atmosphere, the story, the way it makes you feel. That is what I look for when I curate Lazzari Art House.
I search across Europe for original paintings with character and individuality, from beautiful vintage works to contemporary pieces by artists I believe deserve to be discovered. The collection is intentionally considered, with each work chosen for its beauty, character and the feeling it evokes. Pieces I would be delighted to live with myself and hope will become meaningful to someone else.
Lazzari Art House is about making the experience of discovering art feel personal, approachable and enjoyable. You don't need to be an expert, follow a particular style or know exactly what you are looking for. Sometimes, it simply begins with a painting that catches your eye and stays with you.
